Moved to Telecommunication in 2001, as a Customers Service Officer with Multilinks Telcoms. She was part of the Process Engineering team that developed MTN Technical Processes in the early days as she worked as Process Engineer in the year 2003 – 2005. She moved to Technical Training as a Staff Development Officer in 2005, where she managed training processes and implementation for the Technical Team for both off Shore and within the country. She served as an Executive member of MTN Cooperative Society from 2010 – 2017. She handled the Voice It Project rolled out by MTN Nigeria in 2003. She rolled out Technical Programmes in support of the evolving Technologies in Telecommunication from 2005 to 2019, increasing performance and productivity. She served as a 2 terms Project Chairman for Victoria Island East under the Rotary Club Umbrella. She is an HR Experts with skills in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Business Partnering. She is also a Business Portfolio Manager in the Financial Sector.
